Last month I had a trip to Las Vegas planned. I was going with a group of girls for a fun weekend in sin city. We all had been working too hard and needed to blow off some steam. About two weeks before the trip I tried on my favorite “look at me” jeans. I was surprised to see that I could not zip them up. Instead of freaking out or trying to find the latest fad diet, I went in search for a way make them fit. I figured I had two weeks to get the job done. When I came across Kim Kardashian “Fit in Your Jeans by Friday” DVDs I was ecstatic. It was as if she knew exactly what I needed to get the job done. At this point, I was willing to do just about anything.
I was not sure what I expected, but it sure was not a fast pace workout. In the Ultimate Butt Body Sculpt video, Kim Kardashian takes you through a series of squats and lunges that will have your backside in wonderful shape in less than a week. I found myself going through exercises that worked muscles in my butt, hips, legs, arms and midsection that I did not even know I had. My body has not felt this good in years. After doing the exercises for a week, I was able to zip up my jeans. After two weeks, my jeans fit me perfectly. I was able to wear my jeans to Las Vegas. The trip turned out to be one of the best trips to Las Vegas that I have ever taken.











wow that is great! I have a question , i got the dvd too and i was wondering , there is 3 dvds,do you do 1 dvd for a whole week or do you do dvd 1 one day dvd 2 the second day and dvd 3 the third day ?
